Board of Trustees
The Shlenker School’s Board of Trustees serves as the school’s governing body, dedicated to ensuring its long-term strength, sustainability, and alignment with mission and values. Composed of passionate community leaders, alumni, parents, and professionals, the Board provides strategic oversight and works to uphold Shlenker’s tradition of excellence in both academic and Jewish education.
The Board’s core responsibilities include:
- Selecting, supporting, and evaluating the Head of School
- Safeguarding the school’s financial health and long-term sustainability
- Guiding and approving strategic plans that shape the school’s future
- Leading philanthropic efforts and cultivating strong community partnerships
- Serving as ambassadors for The Shlenker School within the Jewish and greater Houston communities
Through thoughtful governance and a deep commitment to Shlenker’s mission, our Trustees help ensure that every generation of students is empowered to learn, lead, and thrive.
