The Shlenker School’s 2026–2030 Strategic Plan provides a roadmap for our continued growth, improvement, and long-term success.
Building on the accomplishments of our 2022–2026 Strategic Plan—including campus modernization, program enhancements, the Building for the Future campaign, and successful reaccreditation—the plan focuses on maximizing the impact of these investments while ensuring that Shlenker continues to thrive for generations to come.
At the heart of the plan are three strategic pillars that reflect both who Shlenker is today and our aspirations for the future.

Shlenker is committed to providing an exceptional educational experience that challenges, supports, and inspires every student. We will continue to strengthen academic excellence and Jewish learning, support student well-being and diverse learning needs, and prepare students with the knowledge, skills, character, and confidence to thrive in an ever-changing world.

Community, Belonging, and Jewish Values
The relationships and shared experiences within our community are central to the Shlenker experience. We will preserve our warm, relationship-centered culture while creating meaningful opportunities to experience Jewish traditions and values, deepen connections, and strengthen communication, engagement, and partnership throughout our community.

Our Future
Ensuring Shlenker’s strength for generations to come requires thoughtful stewardship and strategic investment. We will continue investing in outstanding faculty and staff, enrollment and financial sustainability, innovative learning environments and technology, safety and security, and strong governance, leadership, and partnerships.
Shaping Shlenker’s Next Chapter
The 2026–2030 Strategic Plan will guide our decisions and priorities as we continue to improve the Shlenker experience, strengthen our school, and position Shlenker for continued growth and success.
