Applying to Shlenker

The Shlenker School is currently accepting applications for admission for the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 school years.

To help guide you through the admissions process, we have outlined the steps for applying to The Shlenker School below. Please note that this process differs slightly by grade level.

When you are ready to begin the admissions process, please complete and submit our Inquiry Form by clicking on the link below. Once your Inquiry Form has been submitted, Tara Gassett, Director of Admissions and Development, will be in touch with additional information and next steps.

The admissions deadline for the 2025-2026 school year is February 1, 2025.

Admission Process By Grade Level

Infant Program (6 Weeks–15 Months)

Our admissions process for the Infant Program consists of several steps and required documentation/materials that allow us to get to know you and your child.

Applicants that are accepted will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $600 to hold their space. Contracts will not be issued until the student is born.

The specific requirements for the Infant Program will be detailed on the Admissions Checklist, which will be assigned to you in our Enrollment Management System. This checklist may include, but is not limited to:

Early Childhood (15 Months–PreK-4)

Our admissions process for Young Toddler, Older Toddler, PreK-3, and PreK-4 consists of several steps and required documentation/materials that allow us to get to know you and your child. The items may differ slightly by grade level and will be detailed on the Admissions Checklist assigned to you in our Enrollment Management System.

For our Early Childhood students, this checklist may include, but is not limited to:
