In This Section

The art program at The Shlenker School is designed to stimulate creative problem solving and encourage independent learning. Designed to inspire our students, our Art Studio looks out upon one of the School’s many green spaces. It is filled with natural light, and features an innovative minimalistic design, allowing students to get lost in their art projects and learning.

Students are introduced to developmentally-appropriate art skills, project planning, and craftsmanship through a variety of art movements, techniques, and mediums. Students acquire a strong sense of aesthetic values and an appreciation of how art helps shape our world today.
