At The Shlenker School, our vibrant and inclusive community thrives on partnership, and the Shlenker Parents Association (SPA) is at the heart of it all.
Every Shlenker parent is a member of SPA. Together, parents volunteer their time and talents to enrich the educational experience, support our faculty and staff, and strengthen the bonds that make our community so special.
Our Mission
The Shlenker Parents Association fosters collaboration among Early Childhood and Elementary families, teachers, and administrators.
Through volunteerism, special programs, and community-building events, SPA enhances every child’s experience while nurturing a culture of warmth, gratitude, and connection.
What We Do
SPA brings the Shlenker experience to life beyond the classroom. From organizing school-wide celebrations and teacher appreciation initiatives to supporting educational programs and Jewish traditions, SPA plays a meaningful role in daily life at Shlenker. Highlights include:

Get Involved
Every parent is a valued part of the SPA community—whether you have five minutes or five hours to give. Volunteer opportunities are shared throughout the year via the Parent Portal, Shlenker Snapshot e-newsletter, and room parent emails.
